以前にホームページ、メール等でお知らせしたとおり、9月11日に起きましたNYおよびワシントンDC等へのテロに関し、9月後半のレッスン料の一部をアメリカ赤十字（American Red Cross）に義援金として先ほど送付いたしましたのでご報告いたします。

9月14日から30日までのLA BOMBAサルサレッスンのレッスン料としていただいたのものの一部と個人的な義援金の取り次ぎも含め、合計66,500円となりました。$1＝約120円で計算して、$550を送金いたしました。
快くレッスンに通って下さった皆さん、そして個人的に義援金として寄せて下さった皆さん、どうもありがとうございました。
某有名女優の数億ドル（？）に比べたら微々たるものですが、サルサのすばらしさに出合えた長年の感謝の気持をこの期に少しでも表現したいと思いました。

今回のテロに関して、まだ色々な問題を含んでいるしテロの危険も終わったわけではありません。
